Orthodontic Problems
The American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) recommends that all children have a checkup with an orthodontic specialist no later than age 7. This does not mean that children at this age will be ready for treatment. However, evaluation at this age can uncover problems that may be better addressed in younger children than older children.
