Financial Considerations

Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in an individual's overall dental, medical and psychological well being. Because of this, we believe financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. Being sensitive to the fact that different patients have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we provide many payment options.

  1. No Interest Payment Plans
  2. Prepayment discount
  3. Low monthly payment plan through an outside lender
  4. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  5. Insurance Plans

1. No Interest Payment Plans

This is the most popular payment plan. We work out a comfortable down payment and monthly payments with each individual. The average payment plan lasts 18-24 months, depending on the down payment.

2. Prepayment discount

If you pay your contract in full with cash or check at the beginning of treatment, we will reduce your total payment by 10%.

3. Low Monthly Payment through an Outside Lender

Capital One is a company that will finance your treatment with you to spread out your payments over a period of as long as 5 years. They require no down payment. However, there is an interest rate associated with these plans. For more information, you can visit their website: www. Capitalonehealthcarefinance.com

4. Flexible Spending Accounts

Most companies offer Flexible Spending Accounts (pre-tax monies) to their employees. Although most of these accounts include orthodontics, each plan is different. You need to contact your specific FSA or your human resources department to find out the specifics of your plan. We will be happy to provide you with receipts and letters acknowledging your payments so you can be reimbursed by these accounts.

5. Insurance Plans

Our staff will do everything we can to help you find out and understand your insurance benefits. We accept most insurances and are considered to be in-network providers for many companies. We will accepts payments from your insurance companies and then make arrangements with you for the balance of the fee. When you make your initial consultation appointment, our receptionist will be happy to let you know if we take your insurance plan. If you do not have insurance, we will work with you to come up with a payment plan that fits your budget.
